Meet the Chef -
Born in Savannah, Georgia to a military family, I moved frequently throughout my life. I was able to enjoy and appreciate the eclectic mix of the different local cuisines.
When I had the opportunity to pursue employment I found I enjoyed working in restaurants satisfying the needs of many different palates. I found the restaurant professions very rewarding.
I loved the restaurant business but wanted something I could do on my own terms. I looked into owning my own business. I wanted to combine my love for the culinary arts and continue interacting with people while managing my own business. It was then that I decided to pursue Big Mouth Catering Company.
My years of experience in the restaurant business and my desire for quality have shaped my company. I enjoy combining my love for cooking and my creativity to produce innovative menus. I focus on making great food for great people.
I am not a trained chef, I am a great cook! The 15 years I spent giving my all in the restaurant setting really helps set me apart from someone whose only experience is in a culinary classroom. Sometimes the experience of life means more than a degree.
So I take my experience and love for food and people, and I say, "Yes is the answer, what is the question?” I will only go farther from here and I am so excited for the journey.
