I help busy professionals eat great in less time. I consult with my client, then customize menus that are designed to their tastes and dietary specifications.

No longer will you spend hours in the grocery store after a long day at the office. I provide personalized shopping. I use fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and fresh fish.

No drive thrus or “curb side” restaurant pick up. I come into the client’s home with all the equipment to prepare the menu. Quickly and efficiently I cook, cool, package, label with instructions, and store nine to ten meals.

You come home to a clean kitchen and the aroma of home-cooking, and all you have to do is decide “what’s for dinner ?”
