Can you use my own platters and dishes?
A: Absolutely, but if you want to feel like you are "somewhere else," I can use my own serving pieces and place settings.

How do I store your prepared foods?
A: For In-Home Personal Chef Service all of the food is packaged, labeled and stored with cooking instructions. Two days worth of meals are in your refrigerator and the remainder in the freezer.

Who buys and shops for groceries?
A: I do all of the shopping the morning of the day I come to your home to cook.

What about long-term freezing?
A: I recommend the dishes be eaten within 60 days for best quality results.

What types of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and checks.

How much notice do you need?
A: Usually about a week. This enables me to sit down with my client and conduct a food consultation.

What if I am allergic to something?
A: This is covered during the food consultation and is the most important question I ever ask a client. Of course, if you are allergic to something, it is omitted from any recipes.

When you cater a dinner party or couple's evening, how long are you prepared to be there?
A: There are several courses during the meal, and I give you time in between each course to converse and enjoy the food and the company. If you are in a time crunch, we can speed up the service to your desire.

How many people can you cook for?
A: The largest in-home service that I have done is for a family of six. I have prepared dinner parties up to 50 people.
But anything is possible!

Can you recommend a menu if I can’t decide?
A: Of course, I have numerous menu options.

What if we would like to have alcoholic beverages with our meal?
A: I do not buy alcoholic beverages but I would be happy to serve whatever it is you desire to drink with your meal.

What if I prefer organic products?
A: I will shop organic, buy free range or wild meat if the client wishes. Prices will be adjusted to account for the increase in food costs.
